All orders ship FedEx Ground. You will be emailed a tracking number once your item ships

Bags generally ship within 2 days.

Plain and primed boards generally ship within 1 week.

Custom painted boards generally ship within 2 weeks to allow time for paint and clear coat to dry as most boards are painted to your specifications and not simply stocked in a few limited choices.

Returns
We stand behind our products and the craftsmanship and attention put forth in every board we make. We are sure you will be happy with our product, but if for some reason you are not satisfied, simply get in touch with us and we will resolve the issue, including refunding or exchanging any money and/or goods you have purchased from us. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just contact us within 30 days of receiving the boards. Items must be in new unused condition and in the original box. You are responsible for shipping charges incurred on your return.
